David Drach-Meinel

Dave currently resides in Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada – in the middle of nowhere, but close to everything. He writes music of many styles from ballads to bossa to bluegrass. Add some classical orchestral and choral music as well as church liturgies and that just about covers it.

In about 2019 Dave noticed problems with his voice. He quickly shifted from writing music to recording. He sings all voices on all his recordings. The albums “I Will Sing Your Praises,” “Sing to the Lord,” and “Make a Joyful Noise” were all completed in this time.

In 2020 he could no longer sing and followed a long medical journey into recovering his voice. Two vocal cord laser procedures and a vocal implant surgery later and he is on the road to recovery. Hopefully Dave will be able to start recording again in early 2022.
